Please ensure all original seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
